Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Prepare all the necessary ingredients for making a snack of tomatoes with cheese and garlic. From such a set we will prepare two types, very similar to the appearance of snacks, but completely different in taste. And so that they can be distinguished on the festive table, take red and yellow tomatoes. It is best to take cream tomatoes, fleshy and dense. Wash the greens and dry them from the water.
Step 2:
Put the curd cheese in a bowl and mix until smooth. For greater elasticity, you can add one tablespoon of sour cream. Divide the curd cheese into two equal parts. Peel the garlic, chop it and add it to each part of the cheese.
Step 3:
Remove the hard part of the stem from the basil leaves and finely chop. If desired, they can be crushed in a blender to a puree state. But we like it better when basil fully reveals its taste when you start eating. Add salt and mix everything.
Step 4:
Add finely chopped dill and green onions to another part of the curd cheese. Add salt and mix everything until the greens are evenly distributed.
Step 5:
Cut off the stalk of the tomato and cut it across into circles about 1-1.5 centimeters thick. Garnish the serving dish with dill, basil and lay the sliced tomato slices. This can be done in any order you like.
Step 6:
Arrange the cheese mass into tomato circles. Spread the cheese mass with dill and green onions on the red circles, and the yellow mass with basil. This can be done with a regular teaspoon, but it is better to put the mass in a pastry bag with an asterisk attachment, it will turn out quickly and beautifully. Garnish the top with basil leaves and dill, serve immediately.
Step 7:
Bon appetit.
Choose juicy tomatoes, but dense. Soft fruits do not keep their shape well, in the process of slicing and cooking they will spread into a shapeless mass, let the juice in and spoil the appearance of the dish.
