Cooking method
1. Wash well, peel and cut into small pieces potatoes and pumpkin.
2. Fill the pieces of vegetables with water and cook them. After that, drain the water, add salt and cool a little.
3. Chop the boiled potatoes and pumpkin with a blender until a homogeneous puree is formed.
4. Add flour and egg to the resulting puree, knead the resulting mass well. Add the flour little by little until the dough stops sticking.
5. From the dough, form neat oblong pieces of the same shape and size – gnocchi.
6. Put the resulting gnocchi in boiling water and cook until they rise to the surface of the water.
7. Potato gnocchi with pumpkin are ready!
8. Chop the garlic finely, mix it with melted butter. Pour the finished gnocchi with this mixture.
Serve gnocchi with sour cream as an independent dish. They will also be an excellent side dish for any kind of meat.
