In order to cook delicious rice with raisins and apples, the first thing you need to do is raisins, because it should stand in hot water for about 1-2 hours.
Now proceed to the preparation of fragrant rice. To do this, rinse the rice several times under cold water and only then cook. Immediately add all the spices so that they have time to transfer their spicy flavor to rice.
Apples are perfect for rice. Peel the apples and cut them into small pieces.
Combine rice with apples, hold under the lid for ten minutes and serve to the table. The finished dish can be decorated with fresh fruit, honey or any other additive to your taste.
