Hedgehog salad with crackers

A simple salad. Beautiful, satisfying and delicious! Many people like crackers in a salad. In this recipe, they are used as "needles" of the hedgehog. The salad is tender, delicious, looks beautiful on the table. Children will definitely want to try it.

    White bread cut into thin small pieces. These will be "needles" of a hedgehog. Boil the chicken in salted water until tender. We cook vegetables and eggs. We cool everything down.

    Grate potatoes on a coarse grater, salt to taste. I mix a little with mayonnaise, so the salad turns out more juicy. You can put a layer on a dish and smear with mayonnaise only on top (as anyone likes).

    Lay the potato layer, giving an elongated hedgehog shape. Lubricate the top with mayonnaise.

    Finely chop the chicken, add a little mayonnaise and mix.

    Lay the chicken on the potato layer. Optionally lubricate. The subsequent layers are laid so that the shape of the hedgehog narrows upwards.

    The next layer is smoked sausage cheese, grated on a coarse grater. Here you can put a little pressure on the hedgehog's muzzle from above.
