Cooking method
1. We put the rice to cook, previously well washed. Rice is boiled in boiling water for about 20 minutes on low heat. Do not forget to add salt to the water.
2. Cut chicken breasts into medium-sized slices.
3. Combine starch, flour and aromatic herbs, mix. We roll chicken pieces in a dry mixture.
4. Fry them in hot vegetable oil for 10-15 minutes, then pour in coconut milk mixed with yolk.
5. Add curry and salt, simmer for 5 minutes on low heat.
The dish is ready, serve, decorate and serve hot.
