Warm red rice salad with raisins and dried apricots

Cooking method
1. Rice is washed in cold water. Cook after boiling the water under the lid on medium heat for 30 minutes.
2. Dried apricots and raisins are thoroughly washed. Cut dried apricots into cubes.
3. Peel the onion and cut into half rings.
4. Heat a frying pan with olive oil and pour out the cardamom. Then add the onion and fry for five minutes, stirring.
5. Add dried apricots to the onion and fry for another three minutes.
6. The finished rice is lightly salted, we put raisins and fried dried apricots with onions to it.
7. Mix and serve warm.
