Mushroom soup with smoked ribs and red lentils

Cooking method
1. Pour hot water over the mushrooms (1 cup).
2. Put the broth on the stove, bring to a boil.
3. Peel the onion and garlic, finely chop, fry in vegetable oil for 5 minutes.
4. At this time, peel the carrots, then finely chop them and celery. Add to the onion and garlic, fry until golden.
5. Put the prepared vegetables in the boiling broth, reduce the heat to a minimum.
6. Rinse the lentils well and send them there.
7. Rinse the mushrooms, squeeze, add them to the pan too.
8. Cook everything together for 10 minutes.
9. Add the pre-washed smoked ribs, cook for another 5 minutes.
10. Season with salt and pepper.
