Cooking method
One whole celery root is required for one serving - as a dish.
Wash and dry the celery for the pot, and peel the rest. On the right side of the root, form the bottom of the future pot, on the opposite side, cut off a small lid. Then carefully, with a knife or a spoon or a carving spatula, form a pot of celery.
Peel and slice the mushrooms. Fill with water so that it slightly covers the mushrooms.
Cut the second celery root and boil with mushrooms until tender (15 minutes). If you do not plan to serve the soup in a celery pot, boil all the roots.
During this time, fry the onion in olive oil.
Brush the inside of the celery pot with olive oil and bake for 15 minutes in an oven preheated to 200 degrees.
Combine mushrooms, boiled celery, fried onions, cream, salt, pepper in a blender bowl. Grind to the desired consistency.
Serve an amazing cream soup in a delicious celery pot. Garnish with chopped parsley.
