Exotic Sweet Cardamom Coffee
The remarkable Middle Eastern flavor of this drink will energize you for the whole day! I love a cup of cardamom coffee in the morning — it has an amazing, deeply invigorating taste. In the Middle East, coffee brewed with this spice is called Bedouin coffee. For the Bedouins, coffee is more than just a drink: it's an integral part of the culture and a symbol of hospitality. It's a lovely thing to ponder over a traditional morning cup of this fragrant brew :)

- Crack open the cardamom pods and take out the seeds — you'll need 8 seeds in all. 2. Put the coffee beans and cardamom seeds together in a coffee grinder and grind them very, very finely. 3. Pour the water into a cezve (Turkish coffee pot), add the coffee-cardamom mixture, and stir well. 4. Set the cezve over low heat. 5. Wait for the foam to rise to the surface. Important: don't let it come to a boil. 6. Spoon the foam into a warm cup, then carefully pour in the coffee. 7. If you like your coffee sweet, now's the time to add the sugar. Now you can sip and savor that wonderful Middle Eastern aroma and flavor! Have a great day!
