Cooking method
1. Pour the flour into a glass with a small amount of warm water, stir thoroughly so that there are no lumps.
2. Pour the mixture into a saucepan, add the rest of the water, without ceasing to stir.
3. Put the saucepan on the fire, bring to a boil with constant stirring.
4. Remove the pan from the heat, let it cool.
5. Put honey (syrup, sugar) to your taste.
Flax jelly is ready.
