- You'll need Malyutka baby formula. If that's hard to come by, you can use regular milk powder. About 100 grams of cocoa goes into the candy, and another 30 grams or so for the coating. Important — please note — I listed 200 grams of powdered sugar, but that's really only for those with a serious sweet tooth. The original recipe called for exactly 200 grams, but with the formula, which is already sweet, that's too much. I personally added 100 grams and it was delicious))
- Sift the dry baby formula, add the softened butter and the cocoa mixed with powdered sugar, and stir everything well until smooth. You should end up with a mixture like a thick dough.
- Pinch off a piece of the mixture with your hands, roll it into a ball, coat it in cocoa, and place it on a dish, spacing them apart (a flat tray works best). You can shape them into balls, cones, or cubes — whatever you like. In other words, give your candies any shape you please.
- Now put the tray of candies in the refrigerator to set. After an hour, you can already enjoy the treat)))
