Boil the tagliatelle, flip it into a colander. Finely chop the onion, fry in olive oil until golden brown. Pour cream to the onion, bring to a boil over low heat. Cut the salmon into small pieces, add to the cream, cook for 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens. Add pepper to taste, salt if necessary, but do not forget that the fish is salty. Add the tagliatelle and mix. Spread the pasta on plates, sprinkle with herbs, serve immediately. Bon appetit!
