Tagliatelle with Salmon in Cream Sauce

A quick, unbelievably tasty pasta recipe with lightly salted salmon! Tagliatelle has a porous, slightly rough texture, so it pairs perfectly with sauces. Made this way, the pasta turns out absolutely divine!

  • Cook the tagliatelle and drain it in a colander. Finely chop the onion and sauté it in olive oil until golden. Pour the cream over the onion and bring it to a gentle simmer over low heat. Cut the salmon into small pieces, add them to the cream, and cook for 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens. Add pepper to taste, and salt if needed — though keep in mind the fish is already salty. Add the tagliatelle and toss to combine. Plate the pasta, sprinkle with fresh herbs, and serve right away. Enjoy!
