Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Chop the onion and pour boiling water for 7-10 minutes to get rid of the bitterness. Drain and rinse with cold water.
Step 2:
One by one, beat three chicken eggs with a pinch of salt. After whipping, pour each egg into a hot oiled frying pan and fry the pancakes. You need to fry them on both sides, but very quickly (not to a golden brown!), because if you overdo it, the pancakes will be bitter. After frying, it is better to put them in 3 separate plates so that they dry up a little.
Step 3:
Boil the chicken fillet, cool and finely chop.
Step 4:
Cut egg pancakes into strips and add to chicken fillet.
Step 5:
In the same place we put a fresh cucumber, also cut into strips, add onions. Mix everything, salt and pepper to taste and season with mayonnaise.
Step 6:
Now we make the dish. We will serve the salad in spectacular cups made of Bulgarian pepper. To do this, from the side of the spout, we cut the peppers several times crosswise. The incisions should be quite deep (we do not reach the tail by about 2-2.5 cm). After that, with the tip of the knife, the peppers along the incisions are carefully stratified like petals. To open them, we lower the peppers into cold water.
Step 7:
The disclosure process will take 2 hours, but it can be accelerated if you put containers with water and peppers in the refrigerator.
Step 8:
Remove the seeds from the opened cup.
Step 9:
Fill the flower cups with salad and decorate with herbs.
