Peel the zucchini and thinly cut into strips. We postpone it for a while.

Tomatoes and peppers scroll through a meat grinder. We put it in a saucepan and put it on the fire. When it boils, add salt, sugar, vegetable oil, mix so that the sugar dissolves and the zucchini. Cook until the zucchini is soft (about 30-40 minutes), stirring frequently.

While the zucchini is cooking, you need to sterilize the jars.

When the zucchini have become soft, add vinegar and garlic, cook for another 5-10 minutes. Then remove from the heat and shift the jars, roll them up and put them in a dark place. When the cans cool down, we put them in a cold place.
