Step 1:
Making sauerkraut salad will require the following ingredients.

Boil hard-boiled eggs (10 minutes after boiling water).
Step 3:
Potatoes in uniforms are cooked until ready.
Step 4:
Cut the cucumber into small pieces.
Step 5:
Finely chop the cooled eggs.
Step 6:
Cut potatoes into cubes.
Step 7:
Mix together potatoes, eggs, cucumber, sauerkraut, green peas, salt and mayonnaise. We leave some green peas to decorate the salad.
Step 8:
