Remove the skin from the chicken thighs and cut out the bone. Cut the pulp into small cubes.

Onion, carrot and bell pepper cut into medium cubes.
Step 4:
Heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry the chicken for 3-4 minutes, the chicken pieces should lighten. Add the onion and carrot, fry for a few minutes.
Step 5:
Cut the mushrooms into thin slices.
Step 6:
Add pepper and mushrooms to the pan, mix and pour in tomato juice. Simmer on low heat for 20-25 minutes.
Step 7:
Finely chop the herbs and garlic, add to the pan to the chicken and vegetables, mix, season with salt and pepper and remove from heat.
Step 8:
Pasta (of any kind) is boiled in a large amount of salted water until ready.
Step 9:
We put a portion of pasta on a plate, spread the chicken in sauce on top and serve. Bon appetit!
