A great snack for any festive table! Mushrooms are very tender. If you like spicy snacks, you can add a little cayenne pepper to the marinade or add chopped chili pepper. Help yourself!

    Prepare the vegetables. Onions and bell peppers cut into cubes, garlic - plates, carrots - straws (I grated on a grater for Korean carrots).

    Pour water into a saucepan, add salt, sugar and spices. Put the pan on the fire and bring to a boil, stir so that the salt and sugar dissolve and remove from the heat. Add oil and vinegar to the marinade. We definitely try the marinade, and if necessary, add salt, sugar or vinegar.

    Add mushrooms. Stir and leave to cool completely. We put the vegetables in a jar and send them to the refrigerator for 6 hours. After 6 hours, the snack is ready.
