My champignons and, if the mushrooms are large, cut into 4 or more parts.

Boil the mushrooms for 5 minutes.

Prepare the vegetables. Onions and bell peppers cut into cubes, garlic - plates, carrots - straws (I grated on a grater for Korean carrots).

Pour water into a saucepan, add salt, sugar and spices. Put the pan on the fire and bring to a boil, stir so that the salt and sugar dissolve and remove from the heat. Add oil and vinegar to the marinade. We definitely try the marinade, and if necessary, add salt, sugar or vinegar.
Step 6:
Add vegetables and finely chopped greens.
Step 7:
Add mushrooms. Stir and leave to cool completely. We put the vegetables in a jar and send them to the refrigerator for 6 hours. After 6 hours, the snack is ready.
