Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Prepare panna cotta.
Step 2:
Pour milk, cream (I took 15%) and condensed milk into the ladle. Stir, bring to a boil and cook for 5 minutes at a low boil.
Step 3:
Fill the gelatin with water (the water should slightly cover the gelatin) and leave for a few minutes to swell.
Step 4:
Heat the swollen gelatin in a microwave oven or on fire until dissolved (do not bring it to a boil).
Step 5:
Filter the milk and cream mixture, add the gelatin solution and mix.
Step 6:
Pour into glasses or cremans. Let the panna cotta cool down and hide it in the refrigerator until it hardens.
Step 7:
Prepare strawberry jam.
Step 8:
Cut the strawberries into quarters (we do not defrost the frozen berry beforehand). Add 1 tsp. with a slide of the mixture for making jam, mix, put on fire and bring to a boil.
Step 9:
Add sugar, bring it back to a boil and cook for 1-2 minutes. We allow the finished confiture to cool completely.
Step 10:
Before serving on panna cotta, spread the confiture and decorate with mint leaves. Bon appetit!
