Peel the pumpkin.

On a regular grater or with the help of a combine, we rub the pumpkin.

Put the grated pumpkin in a saucepan and cover with sugar, mix and leave for 30 minutes, so that the pumpkin would let the juice.

Meanwhile, remove the zest from the orange and lemon, in total we will need 1-2 tablespoons of grated zest and squeeze the juice from the orange and lemon halves.
Step 6:
Add the juice and zest to the pumpkin, send it to the fire and cook the jam stirring until the pumpkin is ready for about 40-50 minutes, during cooking add a stick of cinnamon.
Step 7:
At the very end, if desired, you can chop the jam with a blender or leave it as it is.

We put the finished jam in the prepared jar, let it cool down and store it in the refrigerator. Bon appetit!
