Step 2:
We disassemble the broccoli into inflorescences and cook in salted water until tender (about 5 minutes). We throw it on a sieve and dip it in cold water for 1 minute.
Step 3:
Hard-boiled quail eggs, peeled and cut into 2 halves. Cherry is washed and, depending on the size, cut into 2-4 pieces. Cut the onion into thin half rings.
Step 4:
In a salad bowl, mix lettuce leaves (pre-cut them into small pieces with your hands), eggs, cherry, onion and broccoli (all the water should drain completely from it).
Step 5:
For dressing, mix sour cream, mayonnaise, ready mustard, crushed garlic clove and chopped herbs. Stir, add a little salt and pepper if desired.
Step 6:
Put the salad in the salad bowls, put the pieces of feta on top.
Step 7:
Before serving, add the dressing and you can serve. Bon appetit!
