Step 1:

Step 2:
In a saucepan, mix cocoa, grated chocolate, sugar and starch, mix everything thoroughly until smooth.
Step 3:
Slowly pour in the water, stirring constantly.
Step 4:
Cut the vanilla pod lengthwise into 2 parts, carefully scrape the seeds from the inside of the pod with a knife, send the seeds and pod to a saucepan, mix and leave for at least 30 minutes (preferably 1-2 hours).
Step 5:
Place the pan on low heat, stirring constantly, cook the sauce for 10 minutes. Let the finished sauce cool down, stirring from time to time. Pour into a suitable container. We store it in the refrigerator.
