Chocolate Sauce
This sauce makes a wonderful topping for your favorite ice cream! It's very easy to make. Instead of a vanilla bean, you can use vanilla sugar — just add it at the very first step, along with the regular sugar, and start cooking right away. The sauce comes out with a deep chocolate flavor and a slight bitterness. Adjust the amount of sugar to taste. It's great over ice cream or crêpes. Enjoy!
