Step 1:
Heat the milk, while not bringing it to a boil. Beat the yolks a little and add a quarter of the heated milk to the mixture. Mix the dry ingredients, add milk to them, mix everything. Add the remaining milk and bring the mass to a thick state over medium heat. Remove from heat to avoid the formation of a film - cover with a lid. Leave to cool.
Step 2:
While the pudding is cooling, prepare 2 molds. Put cookies on the bottom of each one.
Step 3:
Add sliced banana.
Step 4:
Pour pudding.
Step 5:
Put banana slices and two cookies on top. Pour in the remaining pudding. Place in the refrigerator for about 2 hours to cool the pudding.
Step 6:
Serve banana pudding without baking with whipped cream.
