Boil cabbage in boiling water for 4-5 minutes. Drain the water, wait until it cools down slightly.

Grate the cheese on a fine grater, finely chop the garlic.

In a bowl, mix flour, kefir, eggs, mix, you should get a smooth dough.

Add garlic, cheese, salt, pepper.

Finely chop the greens and add them to the dough. Mix until smooth.
Step 8:
Chop the cabbage, but without much fanaticism, you don't need to chop it in puree:) I was grinding with a combine harvester in pulse mode.
Step 9:
Mix well, if the dough turns out to be too liquid, then you can add a little flour, but don't get too carried away with it either (I added 1 tbsp. l.). At the very end, add the soda and mix well. It is not necessary to add soda at all, without it you get delicious pancakes with a crispy crust, resembling pancakes, and with soda you get airy crumpets, so choose to your taste.
Step 10:
Fry pancakes in vegetable oil for a couple of minutes on each side.
