Cooking method
Put the water and sugar on the fire, add the oil there, and boil until a homogeneous liquid mass is formed. Remove from the stove and cool to 40 degrees. Add coconut chips (leaving a little for sprinkling) and powdered milk. We mix this dough and put it in the refrigerator for 4 hours.
Now peel the almonds.
Pour boiling water over the nuts and leave for 2 minutes. Drain the water and pour boiling water again. Merge. Repeat 2-3 times.
After such a procedure, the nuts themselves jump out of the peel. Now they need to be laid out in an even layer on a flat plate and put in the microwave at full power for one minute. Of course, everyone's micro-keys are different. The nut, as it were, is covered with bubbles - it means ready.
After the shutdown, the almonds are still being harvested for some time, so don't overdo it))) Why is it important to fry in the microwave, and not in a frying pan? Because in a micro it is cooked from the inside, and in a frying pan from the outside. The wrong effect.
After cooling, we mold the balls inside with a nut and roll them in chips.
