Composition / ingredients
Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
The salad needed: avocado, eggs, yogurt, mayonnaise, garlic, balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper.
Step 2:
Eggs should be boiled, and then separate the whites from the yolks.
Step 3:
Grind the yolks with a fork.
Step 4:
Peel the avocado, cut into pieces. My advice is to not darken the avocado, leave a bone in the sliced avocado. At the very end, when you mix all the ingredients, you can remove the bone.
Step 5:
Add mayonnaise, yogurt and vinegar to the mixture and mix everything thoroughly. Then add salt and pepper to your taste. Garlic should be crushed and also added to the mixture.
Step 6:
Cut egg whites into small cubes and add to the finished mixture.
Step 7:
Mix the salad with the sauce.
Step 8:
Spread the resulting avocado with egg on pita bread or bread and eat.
Step 9:
I liked it. I made toast and put a salad on top. It turned out great!
