Black Tea with Mint

A pleasant-tasting tea with a calming effect. I like black tea with mint more than the green kind. I drink it only with fresh mint, but I'm sure dried would work too. I know two basic recipes for mint tea, and I like them both equally.

    I prefer fresh mint for tea, which you can find at a large grocery store any time of year. But you can use dried, of course.

    Recipe one. Take about 2 tablespoons of chopped mint (fresh or dried).

    Pour over about 3/4 cup (200 ml) of boiling water.
