Step-by-step cooking
I have already told you several times how to brew green tea. And I still have a huge number of recipes.
Green tea with mint has some useful properties, relaxes. Tea has an effect on blood pressure, so if you have similar problems, try not to abuse tea.
Rinse the teapot with boiling water. We pour green tea into it. Green tea loses its properties with prolonged brewing, so I do not recommend brewing tea for longer than three minutes when preparing green tea with mint.
Separately brew mint leaves with boiling water and insist for 15-20 minutes.
Then combine in a ratio of 1:1 tea with mint infusion.
Ready-made green tea with mint can be drunk both hot and chilled.
If the tea doesn't taste very sweet to your taste, I recommend adding a little honey or sugar.
