Dried Fruit and Nut Candies with Dried Apricots and Prunes

Healthy treats that won't hurt your figure! You can vary the ingredients however you like — it all depends on what dried fruits and nuts you have. You can also use nuts as a filling: hazelnuts or almonds. The method is very simple and doesn't take much time.

  • Grind all the nuts in a blender and set them aside. Grind all the dried fruit in the same blender. Combine the nuts, dried-fruit mixture, and bran in a bowl. Roll the mixture into candies with your hands, roll them in a coating (cocoa, sesame seeds, shredded coconut), and put them in the freezer to set. After that, keep them in the refrigerator. If you enjoy 1-2 a day, the batch will last a week)
