Pork Head Brawn (Head Cheese)

A wonderful appetizer — especially good with horseradish! Highly recommended! I'm a big fan of brawn, the meat product made from pork heads. A pig's head costs far less than cuts of meat, yet it tastes far better than any sausage. It's wonderful homemade food. My family loves brawn with horseradish — a great appetizer alongside a chilled glass of vodka, a hearty breakfast, and so much more. I could go on praising it forever, but it's better to just make a batch using a recipe like this one.
