Since childhood I love toffee. It has always been interesting how to cook this sweet food at home. About a week ago I found a recipe suitable for me and cooked them. Now I will tell you about the method of their preparation. So, we start by putting butter, powdered sugar, fresh honey in a small saucepan and then pour in lukewarm milk. Now thoroughly mix all these ingredients and bring them to a boil. When our mass boils, reduce the heat to very low and cook our mixture for about 20-25 minutes, while not forgetting to stir it constantly. When our mass acquires a caramel color, it will indicate that our homemade iris is ready. Now we take ice molds, lubricate them with vegetable oil and pour our mass into each cell. After that, we put the molds in the freezer. After 4-6 hours, we take out the toffee, let it thaw a little and then serve it to the table. Bon appetit!
