Cooking method
One day my husband, an avid fisherman, brought a huge catfish from fishing. Here, he says, how much delicious food will come out of it, it will last for a long time! Here I had to show ingenuity and imagination to cook such a generous catch deliciously. I want to share with you a culinary recipe that so perfectly suited our "prey" - catfish ear.
The catfish needs to be cleaned and rinsed. Then separate the fish fillet together with the skin from the bones. Cut into pieces, add salt and put in the refrigerator for a while. Cook broth from the head of the catfish and fins. It is from these parts of the fish that it turns out very rich. Strain the finished broth. Then bring it to a boil again, add chopped potatoes, onions and parsley. Cook it all for 20 minutes. Then add the pieces of fish, chopped fresh tomatoes and spices. Cook for another 20 minutes. Fill the finished ear with pieces of butter. When serving, put a piece of fish in a plate and decorate the fish soup with greens.
