Valentina Semyonovna sent her only daughter to study in the city. How will she live there on sneakers, we need to feed her daughter. Fortunately, the village is well stocked with food. Valentina Semyonovna brewed jam, spun cans of salads and mushrooms. And on the first snowball, she and her husband slaughtered a bull. In order for my daughter not to starve, they processed the meat into beef stew and sent it to the city, to the hostel. The girls ate stew, but praised, and Valentina Semyonovna gave them the recipe.
For this stew, you need the meat of well-fed animals. Cut the films from the meat, remove the tendons and cut into pieces weighing approximately 50 g. In a large basin, salt all the meat and mix.
Prepare cans for stew: wash, sterilize and dry. Each jar is filled with meat not reaching the neck 2.5 cm. We throw 3 peas of pepper into jars, 1 bay leaf each.
Beef bones are boiled in salted water and the resulting broth, boiling, pour the pieces of meat. The liquid should not reach 1.5 cm to the edge.
We close the stew with metal lids and send it to the pan for sterilization. The sterilization time is 2 hours.
Cool the jars with cold water, which is gradually poured into a saucepan.
