Cooking method
We buy everything that this wonderful culinary recipe advises us and start the creative process – we create stunningly delicious snacks on skewers (Italian cuisine. Personally, I prefer to use skewers made of wood. Firstly, because it is a "natural product". Secondly, because the vegetables and fruits strung on them do not slip off as zealously as, for example, from plastic skewers. There are also metal skewers – they are usually the most beautiful of all. But even with them, our ingredients will strive to slip off if they are not secured from below with a piece of bread. By the way, bread in these mini-snacks can be used exclusively at will. In principle, even without it, this light food is eaten very quickly.
The first option: we string a slice of cheese, an olive, a shrimp and a slice of lemon on skewers.
The second option: string a slice of cheese, pickled champignon, a piece of ham, a piece of tomato and a piece of lemon.
Next: cucumber slice, cheese slice, tomato, shrimp.
After we turn on our own imagination and prepare our own compositions that are pleasant to the taste.
