We start cooking chintaki by breaking it into cubes and putting it in a small thin-walled saucepan. After that, pour 50 milliliters of low-fat cream into the same saucepan. Now we put our container with the mixture on a water bath, heat the contents of the saucepan, not forgetting to mix, until a homogeneous, thick mass is formed. After that, add granulated sugar, chili and grated orange zest to the resulting mass. Mix everything thoroughly. After that, the chintaki drink is ready, we pour it into cups and serve it to the table, for breakfast or dinner. Have a nice appetite for you and your loved ones!
