Step-by-step cooking
For it we will need small sweet tomatoes called "cherry". They look the best here – ordinary tomatoes are too big and do not suit us.
We wash each tomato well, then cut it into circles. Immediately put it on a small white dish (a plate will also do). Keep in mind that each piece of this delicious snack should lie separately from the other. I mean, next to it, but by no means from above. Squeeze olive mayonnaise onto a tomato circle. Put a fleshy green olive without a stone on the mayonnaise. Around the olives we beautifully spread the tail of the shrimp. Sprinkle everything liberally with freshly ground allspice. If the shrimp is not boiled, but fried, the taste of this snack changes dramatically. If you want, each tower of tomatoes, shrimp and olives can be pierced with a skewer – the food will be taken much more convenient.
