Ginger and Honey Cordial

A great drink for really unwinding at the end of the workday. The recipe I want to share with you is hard to file under any one category of drinks. It's not a cocktail, and it's not mead. I honestly can't imagine what food you'd serve alongside it. And it's a fair question whether this even belongs to cooking or has crossed over into the realm of home remedies. I'd think it would be a great help for a cough.
