Step-by-step cooking
Now I would like to tell you about a culinary recipe for food that can be consumed when you are on a diet or rehabilitating after an illness or poisoning. I'll tell you about chicken broth. How to cook it? To begin with, defrost the chicken (if necessary), rinse it thoroughly, dry it with a towel, cut into pieces of the size that you need. Now we take an average-sized saucepan, pour cold filtered water into it and put the chicken there, close the lid. We put the dishes on the fire slightly below average, boil the mass, after boiling, reduce the heat and cook for 40 minutes - an hour (depending on the size of the chicken pieces). As the foam appears on the surface of the broth, we remove it. When the poultry meat is completely ready, remove it from the broth. Now we put into it finely chopped peeled carrots, peeled and chopped onions, as well as chopped washed parsley. We cook our broth for about 5-7 minutes more. After this time, it is ready and it can be consumed.
