Heat the olive oil in a large saucepan and reduce the heat to medium.
Step 3:
Spread the chopped onion, celery and carrots, mix thoroughly and fry for 10 minutes until soft, do not forget to stir.
Step 4:
Add ready-made minced meat to the vegetables and fry,
Step 5:
Until the meat is browned, stirring frequently.
Step 6:
Without stopping stirring, pour in the red wine and bring to a boil over high heat.
Step 7:
Add the chopped tomatoes along with the juice, salt, pepper and pour out the nutmeg.
Step 8:
Bring the mixture to a boil again; reduce the heat to a minimum and simmer, uncovered, for 1 hour. Then add the cream and, stirring, warm up. We fill the pasta with half the sauce just before serving. Enjoy your meal!
Ready-made bolognese in a plate sprinkle with grated Parmesan.
