Pasta with Bolognese Sauce
A classic of Italian cooking right in your own kitchen — filling, delicious, and so simple! Making Bolognese is no trouble for anyone who can at least find their way around an oven and a stove. I'm going to walk you through this recipe step by step, so even a complete first-timer in the kitchen can put together a great dinner.

Heat the olive oil in a large pot and lower the heat to medium.

Add the chopped onion, celery, and carrot, mix well, and cook for about 10 minutes until softened, stirring as you go.

Add the ground beef to the vegetables and cook,
