Step 1:
Bananas and sugar will be needed for banana jam.

After this time, put the banana mixture on medium heat and cook, stirring.

Bring the mass to a boil and turn down the heat, continue to cook until the bananas are transparent for about 40-60 minutes, stirring constantly.
Step 6:
When the jam is completely ready (bananas will become transparent), remove it from the fire, let it cool down a little. Then we tightly stack banana jam on pre-sterilized jars and close them with lids or roll them up. After a couple of weeks, you can try out banana jam! Have a nice, sweet appetite!
