Cooking method
A good friend of mine recently arrived from Thailand, brought a lot of gifts, photos, impressions. But the most important thing that he was able to take from there was a culinary recipe of Thai cuisine, namely such food as rice soup with eggs. I have already managed to cook this dish a couple of times and now I will be happy to share with you the method of cooking rice soup. So, to start, heat the oil in a large frying pan, add pork and garlic and fry for 1-2 minutes. Now add the green onion, broth, chili, ginger and stir until the mass boils. After that, add rice to the mass, turn down the heat and cook rice soup for another 2-3 minutes. Now add the fish sauce, pepper and salt to taste. Then carefully break the eggs into rice soup and cook on very low heat for about 3-4 minutes. Rice soup is ready. We pour Thai soup on plates. You can decorate the soup with coriander or other greens.
