Cooking method
I recommend a culinary recipe for a wonderful Vietnamese dish. To prepare it, we will need rice paper, which is now always available for sale. Its self-production process is not quite simple and this is the material for a separate recipe. The same applies to rice noodles and vermicelli.
In order to cook this wonderful meal, first, cook rice noodles or vermicelli. To do this, put it in boiling water and, stirring, boil for 10-15 minutes. This is only necessary if you take raw noodles or vermicelli. However, there are similar semi-finished products on the market, but fast cooking. They do not need to be cooked for so long, respectively, but it is enough to bring them to readiness according to the instructions attached to them.
So, the noodles are ready, rinse it with cold water and cut into small pieces. Take a glass and mix vinegar in it, with the same amount of water, add sugar and a pinch of salt. Then, squeeze the garlic out of the garlic press there. Mix this dressing thoroughly.
Next, finely chop the cabbage, coriander, green onions and grate the carrots. Mix these ingredients in a separate bowl and add noodles to them and pour the dressing.
Now let's start making rolls. Each sheet of rice paper is first lightly wiped with a damp swab or sponge, then we put a couple of shrimp on one edge of the paper, and a couple of spoons of filling on the other end. Then carefully roll up the roll.
We will do the same with the rest of the sheets, until we have enough shrimp and stuffing.
Everything, Vietnamese rice paper rolls are ready for food, but if desired, they can also be boiled or fried. Of course, it is best to cook very carefully for a couple.
