Cooking method

Cooking time: 1 h 15 min

I read this recipe in a cooking magazine. This food is suitable for all lovers of poultry meat and people who like to eat delicious food.
First you need to soak the noodles in hot boiled water for 5 minutes, put it in a colander and let the water drain.
Then cut chicken fillet, meat (I used lamb) and bamboo shoots into thin, long pieces, mix them with chopped cabbage and mushrooms.
Pour chicken broth into a saucepan and bring to a boil. Add ginger, garlic and green onions. Then cook the meat and vegetables there (mixed earlier). 5-7 minutes before the end of cooking, pour the noodles in there.
Serve the dish with the sauce. Serve the broth separately in soup bowls.
To prepare the sauce, mix peanut butter in a cup with 3 teaspoons of hot water. Add soy sauce, sherry, chili powder and mix. Pour the sauce into 4 separate cups and garnish with Chili.
Mongolian chicken is ready. You just have to enjoy its pleasant taste and excellent aroma. Bon appetit!
