First of all, wash, peel and slice the potatoes. Boil it in salted water until it becomes soft, then drain the water into another container, it will still be needed in cooking. Potatoes need to be thoroughly crushed so that there are no lumps left. When you are grinding, add a little water in which the potatoes were cooked, and then put butter and a little nutmeg to it.
While you are making mashed potatoes, put the sliced bacon on a well-warmed frying pan and fry it until golden brown. After that, cover the pan with a lid so that the bacon does not cool down.
Next, beat the resulting puree thoroughly with a whisk so that it melts almost airy and rises a little. After that, put it on a plate with a slide and decorate it with fried slices of bacon on top. Please note that this recipe is designed for 3-4 servings. Bon appetit!
