To prepare this culinary recipe, first we pour water into a shallow dish and dissolve gelatin in it. The same should be done with starch. Pour water into a small saucepan and put it on the stove. As soon as the water boils, pour in milk, cream, add sugar and vanilla sugar. All this is thoroughly mixed until the sugar is completely dissolved.

After that, add the diluted gelatin to the pan and stir continuously. As soon as the gelatin is completely dissolved in the milk-water mixture, add starch there. Bring it to a boil again and remove from the stove. Cool the contents of the pan a little and add rose water there and mix thoroughly.

Pour the finished mixture into the mold and leave it in the refrigerator for 5-6 hours, or even longer. Preparation of the sauce: bring the water to a boil, add rose water, sugar and as soon as everything is thoroughly mixed, remove from the stove and cool. This food is served on a platter, pre-watered with sauce.
