Cooking method
Are you going to cook a chic romantic dinner, and there is nothing in the kitchen drawers except pasta? And time is running out? It doesn't matter! The trouble is if there is no store nearby! Well, nowadays it's very rare, so grab a bag and run to buy the necessary products for our romantic oriental style!
So the recipe for pasta in the Oriental way, although it is called that, is part of Italian cuisine. It is easy to prepare and very nutritious, so you don't have to invent many different dishes!
Most likely you bought frozen shrimp. They must first be thawed, rinsed and lowered into a saucepan with boiling water, let boil and cook for about 5 minutes. Then get it with a slotted spoon, cool, peel off the shell, finely chop.
Put the seaweed in a colander and let the water drain, chop very finely. Season with oil, salt and mix with the prepared shrimp. Scald tomatoes, peel, finely chop. Grate the cheese on a fine grater. Add the prepared tomatoes and cheese to the shrimp with seaweed, mix thoroughly. Cook the pasta in boiling salted water and put it on a sieve. When the water drains, immediately fill with oil and stir. Mix the hot boiled pasta gently with the shrimp and tomato mass. Soy sauce can be served separately. When serving, put on serving plates, garnish with parsley.
A glass of wine, a small salad, a cooked dish and a wonderful dinner is ready! I hope your significant other will like it!
