Cooking method

Cooking time: 1 h 45 min
For this culinary recipe, we take the chicken, rinse it thoroughly under running water and divide it into several parts. Then we put water in a saucepan and put it on his stove. Put the chicken in a saucepan and close the lid. When the water boils, turn down the fire. Next, peel the onion and cut it into cubes. Peel the carrots and rub it on a grater. After that, add the bay leaf, celery, thyme and rosemary. All this is pre-washed, of course. Pour matzo or flour into a deep bowl. Add salt, nutmeg, egg and black pepper. Knead the dough and make dumplings. After the broth is cooked, we remove it from the stove, filter it and put it back on the stove. Then add the grated ginger and throw the dumplings into the boiling broth. Three minutes before cooking dumplings, spinach leaves and sprouted soy should be put into the broth. At the end, add salt and pepper to the Chicken broth soup with ginger before serving.
Such food is rich in aroma and surpassed taste, I found in Australian cuisine.
