So, take an avocado, cut it into two parts, remove the stone and pour lemon juice. Mix sour cream, ketchup, mayonnaise and horseradish well, season with salt and pepper. Pour the resulting shrimp sauce. Add finely chopped parsley here. Leave it all for about ten minutes so that the shrimp are thoroughly soaked in the sauce.
