Onion soup in Bulgarian

This soup will easily win over a number of your favorite entrees. To be honest, as a child I could not stand onions subjected to at least some kind of heat treatment. Picked it out of any food. Over the years, I've tasted this vegetable and, to be honest, now I just can't imagine life without eating it. The culinary recipe was shared with me by my mother, who passionately loves various kinds of soups. By the way, this dish belongs to Bulgarian cuisine and it was there, in Bulgaria, that my mother first tasted this miracle delicacy. So, let's start cooking onion soup in Bulgarian.

First of all, cut the onion into rings small in thickness, fry until golden brown, add salt and pepper along the way to taste. Now pour the pre-prepared hot meat broth and cook for about 15 minutes. Separately fry slices of white bread in butter. When the onion has boiled a little, remove the soup from the fire. Pour into fireproof cups or bowls, put several slices of bread in each, sprinkle with grated cheese and put in a moderately heated oven for a few minutes. We are waiting for the moment when the cheese melts, turn off the oven. And now the dish can be served to the table!!!
