Cooking method
Rub chicken breasts with salt and pepper, grease with olive oil. Bake for 40 minutes in a preheated 120 degree oven. Remove and cool.
When the meat cools down, remove the skin and bones and cut into cubes. Mix the meat, grapes, mayonnaise, chopped basil and celery in a bowl. Add salt and pepper to taste and mix well. The salad is ready.
