Cooking method
- Here's how to make it: Cut the fish fillet into pieces and place them in a ceramic pot. Add peeled, chopped potatoes. Chop the onion, carrot, and garlic, sauté them in butter, and add everything to the pot.
- Stir everything in the pot, then add salt, pepper, and the bay leaves. Pour in 1.5 liters (about 6 cups) of water, cover, and bake for about 30 minutes. And there you have a delicious, fragrant, rich mackerel soup. Before serving, sprinkle the soup with finely chopped parsley. This is a great everyday dish — fish soups are wholesome and light, and are often recommended as light fare and for kids. Cook and enjoy in good health!
